INTRODUCTION

Virtual Connections, LLC (“Virtual Connections”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) owns and operates World Wide Assist (“WWA” or the “Service”), a team workspace available as an iOS app, an Android app, and a web app at app.worldwideassist.net (together, the “Application”), along with the website at worldwideassist.net (the “Site”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (this “Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected on our websites, mobile applications, including the WWA Application, web app, or cloud-based services (the “Sites”). It does not apply to any other information collected by Virtual Connections through any other means. This Policy also does not apply to any sites maintained or operated by other companies or linked to our Sites.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use the Sites. By downloading, registering with, or using the Sites, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Sites after we make changes is deemed to be an acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

End Users of WWA

WWA is a workspace in which a Subscriber (the person or organization that creates a workspace and is responsible for it) invites End-Users (Admin-Clients, Co-Workers, Clients and Guests) to work together. Virtual Connections may obtain and process certain personal information about those End-Users on the Subscriber's behalf (“End User Data”). Virtual Connections is a processor or agent that processes End User Data on behalf of the Subscriber, which is the owner of such data under applicable data protection laws. As such, Virtual Connections assists Subscribers to address data protection inquiries from End-Users to the extent applicable to our services, but typically does not respond directly to such inquiries from End-Users.

Admin-Client Overseen Chat Rooms

Within a workspace, a Subscriber's Admin-Clients can see every chat room through the “Overseen” folder option, including one-to-one chats between other users that are not on the Admin-Client's own chat list. This view is read-only: Admin-Clients cannot post in those rooms. Admin-Clients can also choose to start receiving notifications about everything a Client user does in the workspace (the “Push On Settings” feature, which is off by default). Virtual Connections does not inspect or monitor the content you add to the Service; we only store it for you. Each Subscriber is responsible for informing its users about this feature and for following any laws on monitoring communications.
