Personal Calendar — Stay Organized with Smart Reminders
Managing your daily schedule just got easier with World Wide Assist’s Personal Calendar. Every user, whether an administrator, co-worker, guest, or client, has a personal calendar that helps keep tasks, appointments, and calls organized — all tailored to your role.
Tip: Your personal calendar is separate from the company or business calendar, giving you full control over your personal schedule without mixing it with team-wide events.
How the Personal Calendar Works
Each personal calendar is individual and role-specific. Users see only their own events and reminders, ensuring privacy and clarity while staying fully organized.
Role-Based Calendar Access
- Administrators – Manage their own calendar and receive reminders for all events relevant to them.
- Co-Workers – See only their assigned events, appointments, and reminders.
- Guests – Linked to a client but have their own personal calendar to manage appointments and calls.
- Clients – Have their own personal calendar to track events relevant to them.
This ensures every user has control over their schedule while maintaining role-based privacy.
Types of Reminders
The personal calendar supports three types of reminders for all roles:
- Call Reminder
- Set alerts for scheduled calls.
- Link a contact from your personal phonebook.
- Add a manual contact for one-time or temporary calls.
- Appointment Reminder
- Schedule reminders for meetings, appointments, or other important events.
- Remainders
- General reminders for tasks, notes, or other custom alerts.
Why Use the Personal Calendar
- Keep your workflow organized while respecting role-based access.
- Receive timely reminders for calls, appointments, and tasks.
- Maintain a clear separation between personal and company calendars, so your personal events don’t get mixed with business events.
- Integrates seamlessly with tasks, phonebook contacts, and other system features to ensure nothing is missed.
Tips for Maximizing Your Personal Calendar
- Prioritize your reminders: Separate critical appointments and calls from routine tasks.
